Pick the colors you like
Choose from five color themes: Paper, Night, Rose, Lilac and Harbor. Night is easy on your eyes in the evening. Click a color below to try it.
A desk for your links
Each link is an icon. Drag it, group it and put it on any board. Double-click to open it.
Make important links bigger
Make any icon Normal, Large, XL or XXL. Big icons are easy to see and click. XL and XXL icons line up in a neat grid.
Lock a board for kids or grandparents
Lock a board with a 4-number PIN. Then they can only open links with one click. Nothing can be moved or deleted by mistake.
Save a page in one click
Click the Save button in your bookmarks bar. Give the page a name, pick a board and close the tab.
Find any link fast
Press Ctrl K and type a word. TabDepo looks through all your boards for you.
Remember why you saved it
Hold your mouse over an icon. You will see what the page is about and when you saved it.
Share a board with grandpa
Send a read-only link. Grandpa opens it without an account and clicks the icons. He can’t change anything, and you can turn the link off anytime.

What is TabDepo?
TabDepo is a place to keep the tabs you don’t want to lose. Each link becomes an icon on a board. You can close the tab and still find the page later.
How do I save all my open tabs at once?
Save all your open tabs as bookmarks in your browser, then save your bookmarks as a file. Drop that file into TabDepo’s Import window, and every tab becomes an icon on your board. You can also paste a list of links.
Do I need to install anything?
No. TabDepo is a website, and it works in any browser. The Save button is just a bookmark, not an extension, so it can’t see the pages you visit.
How is TabDepo different from bookmarks?
Bookmarks are a long list inside one browser. TabDepo shows your links as big icons on boards you can see at a glance, with notes next to them. Your links are saved in your account, so they are safe even if your browser breaks.
How is TabDepo different from OneTab?
OneTab is a browser extension that turns your tabs into a list inside that browser. TabDepo is a website: your tabs become icons on boards you can arrange, and they are saved in your account. You can also bring your OneTab list into TabDepo.
Which browsers does TabDepo work with?
All of them. You can bring tabs in from Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari or OneTab. TabDepo skips links you already have.
Does TabDepo close my tabs for me?
Not yet. After you bring your tabs in, you close them yourself.
Can I add notes to my links?
Yes. You can put sticky notes and text anywhere on a board, right next to your links. The text of your notes is stored encrypted.
Which languages does TabDepo speak?
English, German, Spanish, Slovak and Czech. Pick your language at the top of the page or in the app, and TabDepo remembers it. Your login emails come in the same language.
What does TabDepo save about my links?
The web address, the name, the icon and a short description of the page. To get these, our server opens the page one time when you save it. We don’t show ads, and we don’t sell your data.
Is TabDepo free?
Yes. Everyone starts on the free Starter plan. It gives you up to 3 boards, with up to 50 links on each board (150 links in total). The paid Productivity plan is coming soon.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes, it works in your phone’s browser. But moving lots of icons around is easier on a computer.
Can I make a simple board for my kids or grandparents?
Yes. Make the most important icons big, then lock the board with a PIN. On a locked board, one click opens a link, and nothing can be moved or deleted. You need the PIN to unlock it. This is part of the Productivity plan.
Can I share a board with my family or a friend?
Yes, as a read-only link. The other person doesn’t need an account: they can open the links and read the notes, but can’t change anything. You can turn the link off anytime. This is part of the Productivity plan.
Can I change the colors?
Yes. In the app, pick one of five color themes at the bottom of the menu: Paper, Night, Rose, Lilac or Harbor. TabDepo remembers your choice on this computer.

TabDepo is made by Falcon Solutions s.r.o., a small company from Slovakia. Our servers are in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany).
