Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Falcon Solutions s.r.o., Centrum 2412/43 Zvolen 960 01 , company ID (IČO) 54 586 658 (“we”, “us”). They explain how you may use TabDepo.

By making an account, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 16 years old to use TabDepo.

• You log in with your email address. We send you a login code or a login link.
• Keep your email account safe. Anyone who can read your email can log in to your TabDepo account.
• You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• If you think someone else used your account, tell us right away at privacy@tabdepo.com.

• TabDepo is being tested. While we test it, everyone uses the free Starter plan and nobody pays.
• The free Starter plan has limits, like the number of boards and links. You can see them on our pricing page and in the app.
• The paid Productivity plan is coming soon. Some testers may get it for free while we test. Before we ever charge you, we will show you the price and ask you to agree.
• While we test, we may change features and limits. If we make a limit smaller, we will not delete links you already saved without telling you first.

• The links, names, and boards you add are yours.
• You allow us to store and process them so that TabDepo can work. This includes our server visiting the pages you save to get their name, icon, and description.
• Only save links you are allowed to save. We do not check the pages you save.

When you use TabDepo, do not:

• break the law, or help others break it,
• save or share illegal content, like harmful software or abuse material,
• try to break into TabDepo, overload it, or get around its limits or security checks,
• make accounts with bots or scripts,
• copy TabDepo automatically, or sell access to it without our permission,
• send us spam through the feedback form.

The TabDepo name, logo, design, and code belong to us. You may use TabDepo, but you may not copy it or use our name as if you were us.

• TabDepo may have bugs, and sometimes it may not be available.
• We may change or remove features.
• If we ever shut TabDepo down, we will tell you at least 30 days before, and we will help you get a copy of your links.

• You can stop using TabDepo at any time. To delete your account and data, write to privacy@tabdepo.com.
• We may pause or close an account that breaks these rules. For serious problems we may do this right away. Otherwise, we will warn you first.

While we test, we give you TabDepo “as it is”. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, or for links that are lost. Nothing in these terms limits a responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit, and nothing here takes away your rights as a consumer.

These terms follow the law of the Slovak Republic. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection that the law of your own country gives you.

If we have a disagreement, please write to us first. We will try to fix it together. Consumers in Slovakia can also ask the Slovak Trade Inspection (Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia) for help with solving a dispute out of court.

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top. We will tell you about important changes before they start. If you do not agree with a change, you can stop using TabDepo and ask us to delete your account.
